Jet (pronounce: Yet) is the Task Manager at the Innovations Bureau. She is responsible for the planning and management of the project. So, Jet writes the year plans, arranges finances, organizes trainings and workshops for technocrats, management, staff and parents. As such, Jet is instrumental in the developing process of FBE on Saba.

Samuel Belmar

 

Sam is the Organizational Developer on Saba and as such involved in guiding and training the teachers. He guards the quality care in teaching and learning.

Sharon Oleana

 

Sharon is the Secretary of the IB. She takes care of all paperwork. She also makes bookings for guest lecturers and consultants. She keeps track of our agendas, so the office runs smoothly. Sharon publishes our monthly FBE newsletter.

Christina Pallotta

 

Christina is the ICT Assistant for the FBE-project. She teaches computer lessons to all students of the SHS in the Computer Lab of the IB, where we have 20 computers. She also guides the teachers in setting up an ICT plan for the school.

Tim van Oosteren

 

Tim is our Systems Manager. The IB and Department of Education heavily rely on computers for communication with colleagues on the other islands. The SHS has computers in each classroom, and we have a fully equipped Computer Lab. Tim maintains the networks and keeps our office operational.

Elaine Peterson

 

Elaine is the Teacher's Assistant to the first cycle. This means that she supports the teachers of the lower grades by doing hands-on activities with the children and also small-group projects. Her services help the teachers in implementing the new FBE strategies.
