As member of the Executive Council of Saba Commissioner Johnson submits the yearly project files, prepared by Jet van Heijnsbergen -coordinator of the program for Education and Youth- for approval and funding by USONA, the Executive body of the Foundation for Development of the Netherlands Antilles.
Commissioner Johnson meets with the Task Managers on a bi-monthly basis to stay updated on the developments in education. He receives quarterly progress reports and monthly newsletters.
